Privacy notice

Arancia Mail is a pre-launch product. This page covers the only thing this site does right now: the waitlist at aranciamail.com. Arancia Mail is an email client, not an email host — we do not receive, store, or send your mail.

Who we are

Arancia Mail is operated by ARANCIA LLC (a New Mexico limited liability company), 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States (“we”, “us”). ARANCIA LLC is the controller of the waitlist data described on this page.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

The email address you submit.
The time you submitted it.
A short tag for where the signup came from (for example a link marked ?ref=x).
A two-letter country code from Cloudflare at submission.
A salted hash of your IP address, used only to rate-limit the form. The IP itself is not stored.

The form posts to /api/waitlist and is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database on our account. Cloudflare Turnstile may run to block bots.

What we use it for

One thing: emailing you when Arancia Mail is ready on Mac. You gave us the address for that. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it for anything else. A one-line operator ping may fire on signup so we know the list is moving.

Cookies and analytics

No cookie banner. No tracking cookies. Turnstile may set a challenge cookie. If analytics are added later, they will be cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

Your rights

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist by writing to @AranciaMail. Every email we send will include a way to unsubscribe.
